I updated my organization’s Native Plants in Butterfly Garden Program section today. The naturally growing and native plants and flowers in CMABA, big or small, with big or small flowers, no matter what color they are, all grow beautifully and strong in our butterfly gardens. They are excellent in dealing with extreme weather and climate change. Another thing to mention is: common milkweeds have big and very beautiful scented pink flowers and are extremely hardy and strong – an excellent example of an outstanding native plant.
